Was in the store and heard management I assume??? Yelling at an employee. I can’t imagine allowing a work atmosphere like that? Anytime I’m in big R everyone is so nice to not only customers but each other. Completely distracted me from what I was even doing in the store. The cashier is better than me because I would’ve lost my job. I will be emailing corporate about the incident because that is insane. Disgusting to talk to another human that way about???? Not greeting a customer when they walked in??? Crazy.
Went in to buy rockers. They were in the middle of assembling one. We wanted to buy it. Then stated it would be a $25 assembly fee. Ridiculous because they were assembling regardless to put out for sale. SMH. Management was no help. One register and the cashier was hearing lots of people talking on the head set when she could have been assisted with paying customers. We are getting our rockers from a different store.
