Went in to buy rockers. They were in the middle of assembling one. We wanted to buy it. Then stated it would be a $25 assembly fee. Ridiculous because they were assembling regardless to put out for sale. SMH. Management was no help. One register and the cashier was hearing lots of people talking on the head set when she could have been assisted with paying customers. We are getting our rockers from a different store.
I want to give a shoutout to Addie at the Canon City store. She went above and beyond in her service, and I truly appreciated it. Her customer service was wonderful; she was very knowledgeable and provided great help regarding my dog. Addie was sincere and honest throughout our conversation, which I really enjoyed. I ended up purchasing three bags of dog food that she recommended. The entire staff is fantastic! She not only assisted me but also educated me.
