Waterford ct tractor supply is great Cassie and Cariy Ann are great the hold crew is very friendly always ready to help. There pet wash is the best. My 2 dogs love going in to see everyone.
It's a pleasure to shop at Tractor Supply store in Waterford CT., Cassidy, I believe is a Manager and is extremely professional and accommodating, I have had more than one exceptional experience with her, today I was desperate for some ice and snowmelt and I called, she nicely set aside two bags and put them in the trunk for me, everyone else in the store is ALWAYS polite and friendly

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tractor Supply. I arrived 20 minutes before closing to use the dog wash, only to be told by an employee that it was already closed. When I pointed out that there was still plenty of time left, I was met with a dismissive “too bad.” I had my infant and dog with me, making the trip even more inconvenient. If the dog wash closes early, that should be clearly posted—otherwise, customers should be allowed to use it until closing time. Very frustrating and poor customer service!
