Kyle, AJ, and Brendan deserve a huge shout-out! Brendan helped me over the phone and was so professional and helpful. When I got to the store, Kyle and AJ went above and beyond to help me load a heavy horse stall mat into my truck. They made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. I had my husband pick up 2 packages of #10 wide Oyster blades. I recently went to use them. It is obviously that both blades were dull. I spoke to Michelle and got “schooled” on how to use these blades. I have been in the equestrian world my entire life. It is seems that someone must have swapped these blades for used ones, as the packaging opens easily. I have never been treated so rudely. Michelle informed me she was one of the managers. Shame on Tractor supply for such poor customer service.
My husband and i had such a great experience yesterday with i think her name was Shiela, whoever was on the register the night before this review. She explained the terms of your credit card very well and was very nice and pleasant. Looking even more forward to our up coming projects!
