I was there today. I was fighting a flat cart through the whole store. Came upon an employee, made a nice comment that the cart needed to be retired lol, he looked up and did not say a word. I normally carry my own feed out ( because they don’t ever offer to help) . I asked for help out with feed today, because the cart would not push or pull. The lady in front called the same guy up. I love this place! The employees are always friendly and they always have the things I need.
We have long loved the fun T-shirts we bought at your stores. They have fun slogans and are good quality. Until recently that is. I bought several shirts this past weekend and they are terrible. I bought the same size I have always bought and they are HALF the size. Did someone mix up the kids and adults sizes?? These are so thin and cheap - it is obviously a new supplier. I am afraid to even wash them - they will end up being doll clothes!! We won't be buying them again.
If I could give worse I would! Loaded the wrong item on my truck. Manager was to busy to call me and correct the situation. Now waiting on his boss to call me back.
Another fine shopping trip to Ennis TSC. Out of Dumor Sr. Out of Enriched. AGAIN. These things are on sale and of course they don't have any. Typical for TSC. So Frustrating.
