I went to Tractor Supply today to pick up some feed. I see the orange tree is still there. Corporate Office said that the management from Lagrange Tractor Supply will be calling me back. She was sending a message to the manager right then! I never heard back from them.
Staff is always friendly when you walk in the door. Store is clean and well organized. This review is for a visit a few weeks ago. Levi was excellent and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I will definitely be back (and have been since)!
Never experience such amazing customer service at a hardware store! A special thanks to Jonathan and Luke for phenomenal customer service. They took their time to explain the products and how they work and answered all of my questions and were very patient.They gave me great suggestions on how to tackle issue I was having. They really care about the customers they serve .I was really impressed.
A big THANK YOU to the new manager, Ryan, and Marcus for helping me get my cattle panels and T-Posts delivered for my little verticle garden. I appreciate you staying on top of it and personally driving all the way out to my homestead in the country to deliver them today.
