Staff is always friendly when you walk in the door. Store is clean and well organized. This review is for a visit a few weeks ago. Levi was excellent and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I will definitely be back (and have been since)!
Never experience such amazing customer service at a hardware store! A special thanks to Jonathan and Luke for phenomenal customer service. They took their time to explain the products and how they work and answered all of my questions and were very patient.They gave me great suggestions on how to tackle issue I was having. They really care about the customers they serve .I was really impressed.
A big THANK YOU to the new manager, Ryan, and Marcus for helping me get my cattle panels and T-Posts delivered for my little verticle garden. I appreciate you staying on top of it and personally driving all the way out to my homestead in the country to deliver them today. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and thank you for the extra clips to attach them.
Well I will have to change locations to shop for my farm/livestock needs. Management changed for this store, and in my opinion, not for the good. Best wishes to the employees that are there. Friendly staff, always helpful. Willing to go the extra step to find what you need. Great location to shop for all your farm and animal supplies. Manager is great, employees are too. Would definitely recommend this store to others.
