It only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch and one bad experience to never go back. I had that experience yesterday. Won’t be back for a good while, if ever.
They have everything
So most employees are very helpful except one. I don't know his name I looked for name tag and there wasn't one. He is usually at register. When I go in usually there is one employee that is very helpful but he wasn't there this time. I buy some heavy bags and had heart surgery and I'm not suppose to lift heavy stuff. So after I checked out I asked if someone could help load and he said no there was no one available. So I loaded myself. First bag I managed had difficult time with second. Where to start?.... I would put our Lebanon KY store up against any other TSC! From the very second you walk in the door, you are greeted...a genuine welcome!!! Most of the time (even with a skeleton crew) you are asked if they can help you. If they are busy and don't ask, a crew member isn't hard to find! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable!
