Good customer service. I got rat poison on my hands, then face handling the bags of feed there.
So I just called to ask about information about some feed and the genius that answered told me to hold and eventually just hung up on me. If I’m calling about some business. There no need to be rude.
Full of rats
Drove 20 minutes to your location this evening because our dogs were out of dog food. Arrived at 8:54PM (yes close to closing at 9:00PM) but employees decided to close early and were mopping the floors as I walked up to the locked door. As a manager of a large retail business, this is a HUGE no no! If your sign says 9 o'clock, your doors should be unlocked until 9 o'clock. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.
