Monday afternoon 10-21-24 3pm Came in to purchase 2 bags of science diet dog food and to use TSC cards issues for previous dog food purchases. Was told these cards had already been used! Probably on NEW YEARDS DAY I went to TSC to again buy science diet dog food and the cashier put all these same cards in the system and said something was wrong with system and therefore she was putting the dollar amounts back on the cards assuring me I could use these in the future! I called and reserved a rental for a trailer on Wednesday, to pick up on Saturday. We drive 2 hrs on Saturday to pick up the trailer. We were then told we could not have the trailer because there was a lawn mower on it. They refused to take the lawn mower off the trailer because they MIGHT take it to Bismarck in the afternoon. We told them that the trailer would be back before the afternoon and they still refused to keep the reservation. No courtesy call to let us know the trailer was unavailable.
