I had a log splitter delivered a week ago that does not function at all. Since then I’ve spent 7 hours of my time getting the run around, with the expectation I resolve this myself. I’ve made almost a dozen calls to this store, and no one calls me back. If I’m lucky enough to get someone, they tell me they’ll get this resolved and call me but they never do. I never would have spent nearly $2k on a product from them if I knew it would be a nightmare to resolve the issue if the product didn’t work. They’re now actively ducking... read more
