Had an issue with a purchase I made, where I was over charged double. DON NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! The store manager did everything he could to make it better and the store I dealt with was good. The (Main) corporate office phone system is horrible and the service was terrible too. No call backs, acting like I am trying to scam them when they finally emailed me back. I highly recommend this business and they have a great product selection. The prices are very competitive and the staff is always very friendly.
The worst customer experience ever in my 57 years on this earth! I ordered a riding lawnmower online for same day delivery! The order was confirmed and we waited all day and got no update! I tried calling the one 800 number three or four times no one would even answer and then I left my number for somebody to call me back. Nobody called us back ! We had to go into the store in Waveland that the delivery guy went home sick after ate lunch and so no one was gonna call us and let us know. Completely unacceptable ! We will never... read more
