I went to the Tractor Supply in Sicklerville looking for the giant 6-foot skeleton chicken. It wasn’t in stock, but a young woman on staff went above and beyond to help us order it through the store, saving us a hefty shipping fee. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly hardworking. Customer service like this is rare, and she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I hope management knows what a gem they have!
In the very beginning when Tractor Supply hit our area in South Jersey, they came prepared and with everything we appreciate it. Yes did put a couple little hardware stores out of business but they were going out anyhow and my personal experience has been.
