Went to get cow dog costumes and got to see the double rainbow and then get to Tractor Supply and see the rainbow or it.
Customer service terrible. All of the employees are rude and won’t acknowledge you when you ask a question or offer to help and Linda is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of just helping to solve a problem, Linda felt like she needed to tell my legally blind husband that he needed to learn to read better after he told her he was legally blind and needed help. Its less than 1 star!!!!! Ugh, this was so frustrating. I placed an online order and received an email saying it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at Tractor Supply, I called to let them know I was there, and they told me my order would be brought out. After waiting 20 minutes, I noticed two employees standing outside just talking. I called the store again and was put on hold. Store is great but customer service is terrible. I used the self checkout since I just had one large bag of dog food and 6 cans of dog food, I made sure to scan everything one by one and printed my receipt and then moved to the front to wait while my wife was still looking at some decorations. Then the cashier (didn't get her name) looked over at me and proceeded to walk up and ask for my receipt.
