Not happy with their website saying they have stock in store and then we find NOTHING in stock! Then get the practiced responses of "we're sorry", "we'll look into that", " I'll let my manager know". Then they pretend to go find the manager who seems to be always unavailable! I have yet to actually see any employees I've seen before everytime I go to this store.
In the past, I have brought my dog in and bought a treat for him. The staff was very friendly. So when it came time to buy 78 stall mats for floor covering my training room, I went to Tractor Supply. Everyone was friendly and very helpful up until I purchased the stall mats. The cashier, Sarah, demonstrated laziness, rudeness, and incompetency at completing her job. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a wide range of products. One of our favorites is the $9.99 pet washing station. One of the best I’ve seen. If your pooch needs a bath check out Tractor Supply’s pet washing station. It comes complete with several shampoos, towels and awesome pet dryers! You can lock the door so no other doggies can walk in and embarrass your K9 companion too. I highly recommend this store! 😎
