The customer service is much better at the Katy store.
I purchased a chainsaw from there about a little over a year ago and I even purchased the 2 yr warranty something I never do anf them not wanting to honor my warranty is the reason why the sales associate said we don't keep nothing in our system longer then a year, didn't even ask for my number this store is trash and will not see any money from me and our my business or those I am in business with,,, I will post negative remarks and go to social media until this is resolved
Customer service is great, helpful and love the store! They have a large variety of things, pet food, farm animal feed. Love tractor supply
