Found a great deal on clearance item and immediately ordered 2 for pick up. They canceled the order 30 minutes later. Showed 3 in stock so likely just employees trying to keep for themselves. Called the store and sounded like someone answered but didn’t say anything despite me saying hello? Terrible service
Just went inside this location. Asked the lady behind the counter a question about a grill. Her answer, (I don't know, I'm not on the clock.). Walked out to go and buy a grill somewhere else.
The manager Andy was incredibly rude when I needed to make a return. It was close to closing time (20minutes) when I went to pick up an item from an online but realized it was the wrong piece. I went to return it and the cashier (who was kind) tried but it wasn’t working so she called the manager. Do not come here if you want to buy chicks. Buy from a breeder around town. I bought some April 10th morning and they died not even 6 hours later i spent over $100 and some man told me he can only refund me $35 that’s literally a slap in the face. I knew it was a risk buying them here when i read many people always having a bad experience with their chicks. “They were fine two days ago” yeah right one of them had its leg deformed. The manager Andy is a pompous, rude jerk. He has no product knowledge, acts like he is doing you a favor letting you spend money there. Kelly and the rest of the team are awesome. I am going to go to the local feed store until Andy is gone.
