When I visit this store, there is hardly any staff around to help assist you. Most of the time you walk in the front door and the girls are the register have their feet propped up on the counter and they are on their cell phones. They don't offer to help load, and when you ask for help they have to page someone multiple times(by that time you just do it). Very few staff at this location with friendly personalities. Only run to this store for emergency needs now, I take our business elsewhere.
had the worst service there today 3-23-19 had to wait In line cause of register issues. hardly any staff on the floor to help. no one bothered to come out and help load after I had asked for help as I have a dislocated back. not to impressed with the staff today. then the product rung up a different price than I was told on the phone
Pretty much buy my animal food here. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
Hunter was SO helpful and funny too!! He helped me load my cart and vehicle with horse bedding. He moved those bags around like they were cotton candy!! Sometimes 2 at a time � Love having you so close to Waukee!! Always appreciate how helpful the staff is...thank you �
They were so accommodating to host an AHeinz57 event inside the store on a rainy dreary Saturday. The employees were so helpful and even offered to mop up the wet paw prints all over the floor.
