Showed up at 8am on a Saturday morning, Aug. 30,2025 and doors were locked. Waited for 20 min for the store manager to open up the store. Ridiculous when you are offering a service to people at a Major corporation. There were 7 other people Waiting to get in too. Then I had to wait for a cash register to be opened for me. I love this store. The managers are helpful, responsive and professional. RIP lil tree.
Drove all the way there to rent a trailer and was told they don't allow "overnight rentals" at this location. I have to bring it back before they close that day. Keep in mind, I called beforehand to confirm they had a trailer to rent and of course nobody mentioned this before I drove over there. Douglasville sucks and this tractor supply is not an exception.
!! TRUCK DRIVERS !! The back is deceptively tricky for this dock. It’s manageable for sure but when you look at the satellite view it makes it seem easier than it is. This location likes to stack shit in a manner that makes the back pretty tight. The dock itself is actually quite wide but there’s a bottleneck at the end of the dock area from the stuff they usually have crowding it up. The chicks and ducklings are so adorable! I got mine from this store two years ago. I did get a roo mixed in with my pullets but at least it was only 1! The store is clean and the staff was friendly.
