Took my dog the self-serve wash for the first time and I was completely disgusted with the wash area. Both tubs were filled with all types of pet hair, towels on the floor and dirty hair filled brushes…so gross. I reported things to one of the associates who was very nice but nothing was done. I give 2 stars because everyone one was friendly.
Great selection and the prices are competitive, great customer service and the staff is friendly
