Not very good at customer service. I tried to call the store about an order. The phone was immediately picked up but was I was immediately put on hold with no say so and they never picked the phone back up. After over 5minutes of waiting on hold, I just hung up. This Boyertown location is the worst. If rather drive farther and go to Pottstown.
I got 3 of my duckies here before. I really really want to get more, pls can I get free ones. I miss my duckys:(
Employees always go above and beyond for me at this location. They load up my car for me and are always smiling.
