I get excellent service in baclift and Alvin. This store will not answer the phone or hang up on you. And then the most inconsiderate people I've ever talked to in my life

I always go to this store for my dog food and have always appreciated the help I get here when needed. This particular visit was more than I expected. A few days prior I was restocking on my 4Health(Salmon & Potato) dog food I usually get here. This visit I noticed 2 seperate customers purchasing the Diamond Naturals dog food so I thought I would give it a try. My dog unfortunately did not like it and made his itching worse. Get all your employees educated & certified (if needed) in operating the propane concession. In addition; this morning their outside burglar alarm has activated 5 times since 6:15am. It is now 8:23am. Find a better way PLEASE. EDIT/ADDITION 5:25am on 11/14/2024 the alarm is sounding. EDIT/ADDITION 1:10am (approx) on 11/15/2024 the alarm sounded for 15 minutes. SFPD showed up.
