Stony point shop needs more employees. No one on floor to help and cashier was busy so the one person on floor had to be used as a second cashier. Another person shift was ending but was king enough to help me.
We have great service
I have been to many locations but this one really stands out when it comes to customer service. Bathrooms in here were also super clean and tidy. They have a great selection of cat and dog food. Lots of parking too. Overall I give this tractor supply a 5/5
Top tier experience. Came to the dog washing station as a forst time dog owner and they made everything so easy. First the room was off to the back away from the noise and customers. Second the room was clean and organized. Everything was clearly labeled anything I needed (soap, conditioner, towels, brush, nail clippers) was all available to me. It was private and I liked that i could close the door for added privacy. The staff was very nice aswell, offering Tallulah a treat, or 2, at check out. Will definitely be back
They needs to get some more gray low profile shopping carts for heavy bags...Its really not funny to load and unload the 40-50 lb bags from the high red shopping carts...no and was no free gray low profile cart outside in the parking lot..and this is not the first time happened..
