Best Tractor Supply I have been coming to this location for a few years and Everyone is always so kind and helpful especially the Gentleman Carl he truly goes above and beyond for every customer… Carl is always in a great mood and there to Help…Carl is AMAZING…Thank you for always taking your time and going out of your way to put a smile on customers face all your hard work is noticed and appreciated
“Propane isn’t working” = I don’t feel like helping you buy propane and don’t know how to operate the machine. I find it very funny that every weekend in spring the propane somehow “isn’t working” (whatever that means). It’s also extremely funny that there’s never signage saying so, because the funniest thing of all is waiting in line for 20 mins trying to get some help only to be brushed aside by folks that treat their job like social hour. I simply cannot stop laughing.
Always something at this Tractor Supply. First off TSC is one of my favorite stores… Middletown TSC has always been a disaster for me. Products are consistently priced incorrectly, and staff give attitude when you mention it. Propane refill station is a joke. They do not/can’t fill propane often, with no signage or indication outside, when you tell staff they give attitude and say there should be signs on the fence and at the registers, which there are not, and also you cannot pay for propane at the registers as per employee... read more
Ruthie and her team are exceptional. Their customer service is unparalleled. Typically, big box stores are not the best places to buy a zero-turn mower unless you’re looking for a basic model with limited customer support and knowledge. However, the experience at the Middletown location of Tractor Supply is completely different; they are fantastic.
We went there to get my pup vaccinated and the wait was ridiculous and unorganized. The veterinarian had a very nasty attitude and questionable knowledge of dog breeds. Dr Cindy Weagley was her name Using her vet techs to get you to buy more vaccines and other meds and when you turned down the offers she got angry.
