Our experience with Tractor Supply was awesome, our first time at this location. We came for VIPPETCARE visit, that I would rate a ZERO. We registered online for a vist for our 3 kitty fur babies. They took the 43 people in line before they texted the people registered online. Actually we never got a text. They told me and others who registered online we probably would be seen faster if we stood in line,and that they probably would not get to those who resgisted on line because they were working the line first. We were in Greensboro and needed to stop here to get some animal traps. (Trying to rescue a kitten) We found Ashley and asked for help with the traps and some gloves that would be bite proof or close to it! She walked around with us looking for different types of gloves. I purchase feed for my animals here. However after my last experience with an employee, I will no longer be going to this location. I may start buying all my animal feed needs from Southern States, which is further away, but will be worth never having to step foot in this TSC location again. I called customer service because this location messed up my order so much they had to refund me for their mistake. They couldn't even do this correctly.
