I just left the store and I received 5 star service from Rosie and her crew, there were at least 6 or 7 other people on the floor that asked me if I need assistance. I have never experienced rudeness or a lack of assistance at any time. PLEASE HELP THE BABY DUCKS! In this store, they are selling a lot of poultry but the problem is that they mixed the smaller baby ducks with the bigger baby chicks. These baby ducks and chicks were also very tightly packed in a container and as a result many stepped on each other. It was so crowded that 2 ducks died, they were both being stepped on by the bigger baby chicks. great company, great products
Rude employees. Online order and pick up is a joke. Don't waste your time. Wasted 45 minutes for them to bring out ONE bag of dog food. Completely ridiculous.

Today was my first time to visit this location. We drove from Liberty which has a Tractor Supply. This store was friendly, cleaned, well stocked with all the items we needed and the employees went out of their way to be of assistance. We will definitely be trading at the Crosby location now versus the Liberty store.
