This place has turned in a joke when getting propane. You now have to pre pay and then if you get less than what you paid for you have to go inside and get a refund.... wouldn't it be easier to just take someone's license? Waiting to check out before sucked. Now it really sucks cause you have to waste another trip to the register

Amanda, the Assistant Manager of the Charles Town WV Tractor Supply, is so professional and courteous and goes over and beyond with her customer service. We have gone into the store 3 or 4 times looking for certain items that we couldn't find and Amanda found the items. I have also ordered several items online through Amanda and she was so helpful with directing us to make the right decisions. Amanda is truly an asset to Tractor Supply!
Always find what I need, especially gardening tools and hardware. The dungarees and work clothes are a great value, and wear like iron.
