the most unprofessional supervisors you can ask for. One interviewed me in pajama pants - not asking any questions, just being ignorant. The store needs a lot of PICK ME UP. I would recommend the owner takes charge. Not even interested working under sponge Bob square pants.!
Probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever! I spent $4500 on a zero turn mower and on their page it said my item qualified for a free same day delivery so I inquired. The response was “ we don’t know how that works, it’s a third party deal. You need to call them because we don’t know. Finally another associate says the delivery company will call me. Over 24 hours later I never received a call from ANYONE and finally went to go get it myself. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them so much to even inquire... read more
Excellent service! The google says that you close at 9 pm, but when we came there at 8:32 pm the store was closed already.
Not happy with their website saying they have stock in store and then we find NOTHING in stock! Then get the practiced responses of "we're sorry", "we'll look into that", " I'll let my manager know". Then they pretend to go find the manager who seems to be always unavailable! I have yet to actually see any employees I've seen before everytime I go to this store.
I just left the store and I received 5 star service from Rosie and her crew, there were at least 6 or 7 other people on the floor that asked me if I need assistance. I have never experienced rudeness or a lack of assistance at any time. Terrible credibility problem with this store. They did not honor their 1 year guarantee of one of my apple trees. One of the managers hinted that it was my fault the tree died even though I have over a dozen other trees that are doing well. I'm out the money ,no refund period, Be careful if you see a guy in a ski mask and wearing gloves, the manager is out to rob you blind

The hours say open until 9:00pm. Then why at 8:24pm was there a handwritten note saying were closed??? That's very unprofessional. This was the day before Father's Day. Well i know i WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN. I'm sorry but 8:24pm is NOT 9:00pm. I don't care why they closed. I specifically went out to go there. And what a bunch of _____!!
