I never caught her name, but I received help from a blonde cashier wearing glasses. My rabbit had stopped eating, and I could not find the critical care feeding food anywhere. She tried to help me find it in the store, and when there wasn't any, she was calling other stores in the Lolo/Missoula area to see who may have some in stock. Nowhere had it so I chew.com overnight shipped it, and Bunners did start eating again, but she helped me and consoled me- truly an angel in disguise! Her empathy and help meant the world to me!

I ran out of propane today right in the middle of getting some fished smoked up. It could not have been a worse time, pouring rain and freezing. Your employee Garette was amazing. He was helpful, friendly, and gracious while we almost froze out there filling up that tank. I appreciated it and we always appreciate the friendly helpful staff.

The assistant manager is horrible! She will turn you down to get propane. Which I need to survive! When she does fill you up she has a horrible attitude! Tonight my heat quit working because it took so long for me to go to another place 30 miles away to get propane and it is way below 0 with kids in my place!
Update: I have been in several times since I left my first review and the customer service has been consistently amazing! Thank you for stepping up I like that we have this store in Lolo and we always stop here before heading to Ace in Florence. That being said we have been in when there have been very few cars in the parking lot looking for something specific and having trouble finding it.
