The manager and staff will stand around and talk, but its an inconvenience if you need assistance. Poor customer service.
Checked the website and made sure they had what I needed in stock at my local store. Waste of time, the website was not accurate. Cashier said I should have called ahead to check. What is the point of the inventory in the website?
Purchased a drill off the website because a employee told me that that was the online price we'll come to find out it's the wrong price all together they would not honor it
I was in there asking for planting materials with two other people we just wanted to see what they had. Cashier was acting like a weird like we weren't supposed to be in the store. I thought every store in Lawton was for everyone didn't know segregation is still about.
