Walked in to get KC3 vaccine for my 12 week old pup . lady with bright red hair got us the vaccine we needed. We told her it should be intranasal spray , she insisted that they changed it to intramuscular and proceeded to tell us give the injection in the neck fat . We do what she told us . mind you we are first time puppy owner . gave our baby the shot , a little after , she started acting lethargic and breaking rapidly . Had a sunken feeling in my stomach! I truly understand that we are not living in the 90s anymore, I understand that most people lack people skills because everything is ordered online with Amazon and other sites. The staff at this location are disrespectful and very impatient, I am not a senior citizen to be treated like I’m senile nor am I 10 years old, I think retraining is in order….very unprofessional. -Signed, a “Tired of 2025 customer service” person
Great value & convenience. If only the plants taken care of, or at least hugely discounted for lack thereof. Plant improvement would make this place my hometown fav!
