customer service yesterday was horrible!!! Came in to do an exact exchange for a Christmas gift. Didn't have the receipt so the girl (looked like a boy) said I could not exchange or return. So I went and purchased two more shirts the size needed after that cashier finished he did not attempt to put my merchandise in a bag ...... I had to ask . When I go online to check your return policy I don't see anything saying I can't exchange an item without the receipt!!!! You all should have Centerville store to teach the Macon store... read more
I had a terrible experience with the customer service line today but a supervisor on the CS line called the store ahead of my arrival, had my item (dog food) at the front, and the company paid for it. Charlotte and her team upfront were so kind and genuine. They all apologized for my terrible experience, even though it wasn't on them and they offered to carry the dog food to my car for me. They (along with corporate) when above and beyond to make the situation right. Y'all almost lost me a customer today but just made me one... read more
