I took my son here to purchase a pair of boots. We needed assistance finding the mate to a pair of boots in his size. I saw a employee who turned out to be a manager and he acted like it was a hassle for his assistance when last I checked I thought that's what he was hired to do. Then the boots he wanted were marked down to $50 well then the guy said that since the boots were the same size the price went to $169. I've been in Georgetown a year and a half and shopped a lot at this store. Seemed a bit rough at first. Long lines and a general mess on the floor. I'm not sure if they hired a new manager or if the manager grew into the job. The store is awesome now! They open up registers when needed, the staff and cashiers are great. I can even bring my dog in and they have treats to give him. The bad reviews I see are a bit dated I think. Keep up the great work!
Had the rudest person wait on us today when filling our propane tank I've ever encountered at tractor supply , we spend A LOT of money there every year running a 500 acre farm. From now on will make the extra drive to Rural King and have our tanks filled at Southern States where at least they speak to patrons with respect.
