All you can say is bad management it all boils down to staff and professionalism and this store is lacking both in it’s employees
Twice I have placed an online order to this location only to be told it’s been cancelled or already picked up when I got there. The first time someone else picked it up and rather than taking care of the refund over the phone, I had to drive all the way back a second time to get the refund issued. Will not be shopping at this location ever again.
