I called to see if they had a particular product. Joann answered the phone and went out of her way to look. Although they did not have this particular product she found another that did the same. I was very impressed with her service. Another person would’ve told me no we don’t have it instead of going out of her way to look for another product. Not only was she helpful she did it with a Pleasant voice. In a world where AI answers a phone I still prefer someone who cares and not a machine.
Excellent TSC store. It's always well organized and the layout is spacious and nice.
