I drove out to the area to explore because I’ve never been. Came to tractor supply to look at the Halloween stuff and went to check out. The cashier was very friendly with the gentlemen in front of me. Then as soon as it was my turn she was cold. There is a sign on the CC machine saying “No tap.” I moved it up so I could see the total and make sure my card would be inserted correctly. She pulled back down and told me, “You can’t tap. Change the name, it's a clothing store. There's ZERO to do with a tractor in this place. The hardware selection is beyond pathetic. Disappointed every time I come here.
Two employees talking politics with a customer, asked what I thought. Didn't agree with them but didn't argue. One said maybe I'm in the wrong store and the other agreed and said I can shop elsewhere. Stop in just about every day- until now. Filled a complaint but 3 days with no reply. Sad, good store and entitled employees never mass up well.
