Unacceptable return policy. I returned a space heater, one of two that I had purchased within a year, that had a manufacturer's defect. I had stored it for a few months, but It had just come out of the box and would not operate, or even turn on. The clerk explained that I had not purchased the extended warranty and that the new owners were much more restrictive on returns. Gone downhill!! The worst cashier recently, Jamie. Asked for a price check on an item in clearance. We declined (not on clearance afterall) but was charged for it until I questioned. Snoty when I brought to her attention. Purchased 2 dog toys clearly marked on sale, after we left saw we pd full price. Didn't want to deal with her for a credit of $6. This is a constant problem here. Spent thousands there since it opened. Will NOT be back.
Big shout out to the manager Kelly for going above and beyond tonight. She knows how to give her customers the BEST customer service. Thanks Kelly! We appreciate you!
Excellent place to work. Fantastic client base of local, friendly people. Down to earth folks to work with that give a positive feeling about going to work and doing the best and encourage junior team members to strive beyond their current employment and education.
Terrible store. They don't honor the prices they tell you
Great variety of chicken feed. Cheap egg cartons. Cool clearance items. Great customer service.
My favorite store in Heber- hands down. I frequent it several times a week.
