I went into the Tractor Supply Company Poolesville Location to inquire about purchasing my first Utility Trailer on the coldest day in many years. I generally feel everything is good at this store except one thing. I have shopped here twice and at the beginning of checkout requested an email receipt. Each time after payment they rapidly tap thru the menu and say no to the email receipt. As I’m reminding them I want it emailed. Once they do this I’m told they cannot go back and get the email receipt. Why am I being ignored? I’m a U. S. Marine instead of thanking me for my service could you just follow my request for a email receipt thank you.
