Very happy with my purchase. Came in to purchase a tool box i saw for sale last week. It was a different price this week than last week and we realized last week it had the wrong price tag on it. Corey and Linsey honored the price I had taken a picture of no problem, couldn't be happier. Just gained a loyal customer
The manager Sarah was RUDE. I was patiently waiting at the live chicks area, we made eye contact and she said with attitude “I’m coming” and I haven’t even said anything to her. I knew which chicks I wanted, seabright bantams. They are different from the other bantam chicks. I pointed the specific chicks I wanted out to Sarah, she kept grabbing the wrong one even after pointing them out again. Sarah then said “Well I can’t be picking up chicks one by one”. Bought a present for my fiancé and it was quite a large item. The employees here and the customers were super nice and helped us load it into the truck, the prices were by far the lowest also.Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time!! Thank you!!

Met a very sweet and charming staff member yesterday. She saw my toddlers playing with a giant stuffed horse, and my eldest was very excited about it. It was on clearance, but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to pick it up. The staff member was so kind and told my girls she’d make a deal with them for the horse, and thus I now have a giant horse in my living room.
