I had an online order that was a bit problematic. Cameron researched the issue and took care of it. He was very professional and kind.
Never disappointed by this place.
I usually go to some tractor supply that has the pet wash station for my Pomeranian because of the professional dryers. Any dog with long hair HAS to be dried and brushed or the air drying process could cause more knots in their hair. I feel like this location gets worse and worse. I only go when I just can’t get an appointment with my groomer in time or he just needs a quick wash but no haircut. This place is total disaster you must order on line and they don't tell you certain items aren't filled in the order they want to ship to store whatever.Person answering phone says give me an item number maybe I have it. Terrible place.
the entry level employees here are kind, but not very well trained. I was sold the wrong items for my tools after bringing the actual tools in themselves. and then management gave me a hard time when I brought those items in and returned them. the management here is completely awful
