This place is total disaster you must order on line and they don't tell you certain items aren't filled in the order they want to ship to store whatever.Person answering phone says give me an item number maybe I have it. Terrible place.
the entry level employees here are kind, but not very well trained. I was sold the wrong items for my tools after bringing the actual tools in themselves. and then management gave me a hard time when I brought those items in and returned them. the management here is completely awful
This place should have just about whatever you need. One of the things that I don't like is, that if a bag of dog food is damaged they just prorate it. They use to actually discount it. Why would I want to buy a damaged bag at a prorated price instead of a discounted rate? I might as well buy a bag that's undamaged. Also, beware of the huge potholes at the southwest end of the lot. Something needs to be done about that.
The absolute worst tractor supply in the world employees there do not know anything about their jobs. I looked up online. They had in stock what I needed. I got there to get it and the lady said I can’t sell that to you because I promised it to someone else the next day, I said have they paid for it she said no but they’re going to pay for the next day. I don’t think that is right. If it has already been paid Then I would understand Thanks for making me drive out of my way to get there piss poor ran.
Went to buy a trailer and Cletus was very helpful and patient with us! Love our new trailer!
