We are frequent shoppers at Tractor Supply and while we rarely post reviews, our last visit to the Sherman, TX store was outstanding due to the help we received from Joseph. We had pre-ordered items ahead of the pending storm in North Texas and unfortunately arrived about 15 minutes prior to closing. All of the employees were pleasant and positive, but Joseph went out of his way to help. Winter was coming. Supposedly it was to be bad. So I thought I'd better pick some more fuel for the generator and needed gas can and propane tanks which were advertised at the Sherman location. On sale. I think I just made it before the the throngs of people descended upon the place as I got the fuel can and also 20 and 30 pound propane tanks for our historic storm as per the news. Dog wash station... Tractor Supply really doesn't care about this. They have it as a service, but they never have any towel supplies shampoo soap and the people are horrible. I hope you understand what I'm saying here...... this is a self-service place, so really all you have to do is have it stocked.... and they can't do that. I've been to other tractor supplies and they're all pretty decent.... just this one
