Tractor supply is probably one of my favorite stores but Hanover’s curbside pick up rarely lets me check in so I have to spend a couple minutes inside the store trying to find someone to get my pick up anyway. Today I was able to check in but when I got there and the curbside associate came out he had me go over to get my item anyway so there’s really no point. My 70-year old mother went to the information desk and asked for information on grass seed. She was told to go around the desk for assistance, where there wasn’t anyone standing. Then the customer service desk sent her to the back of the store to find the customer service desk. Never coming back.

They have a large selection of a variety of different items but when you need help finding something, they aren't very eager to help and its almost always impossible to find someone and when you do, 3-4 of them are bunched together chit chatting about personal life. Don't get me wrong, I fully believe in having friendly relationships that go further than just work and work conversations and its okay to laugh and carry on but when a customer(s) are walking around for 10-15 minutes with seeing no associate in site just to find... read more
