Terrible experience. Was there for the vaccine clinic (the vet clinic was incredible no complaints) and a tractor supply worker named Mary started yelling at the vet tech and said she had a problem with them when they did nothing wrong. I did tell the manager Ashley who said she would speak with her. After a few hours and it was our turn the vet tech was talking to us about the services being performed. Have gone here for years but not after today. Rude, incompetent workers. Maybe people wouldn’t get frustrated if you knew how to do your jobs and be kind like you’re supposed to be in customer service. Seems like a theme here in Middletown stores and restaurants.
