It’s rare these days to find a sales associate in a big box store who truly goes above and beyond, but Alpha at the Okeechobee Road Tractor Supply in Fort Pierce is one of those rare people. My girlfriend and I were casually talking about chickens, and he overheard us and spent more than 20 minutes sharing his knowledge and experience. Couldn’t give this place enough stars. Special shout out to Konrad! Everytime I’ve needed help with anything and he was working he made sure to help to the best of his ability and even if he didn’t know he gave a recommendation that ended up helping. Keep up the great work Konrad!
I come to this location often in my way home from work and it’s a great store— very clean and a very respectful staff. I have two shining experiences the last two visits and it was simply because the staff CARES and it really shows. The first visit I was taking quite a bit of time deciding on a food for my allergy-ridden dog (almost everything has barley these days). I purchased a very large item from this particular location (Ft.Pierce) that I couldn’t pick up myself, and had it delivered. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Michael the store manager, who was fantastic and Briana Black who just made the delivery! She was the sweetest most pleasant girl and I’m beyond thankful for her help, and the fact she did what I couldn’t have done!! 6 stars for her! Thank you
