I bought a Cannon safe 7 months ago and it was exspensive, so 7 months in and the number dial that opens the safe has broke and I have hardly used it. I have called Cannon and finally they sent me the part, but they want me to install and the warranty says that labor is included, but I have left numerous emails and phone calls with no help.
