Just went to this Tractor Supply today. Usually buy a couple of hundred dollars every month from the company. Don't usually go to this store but was in the area so dropped by to pick-up some hay. This store doesn't load your hay into your truck. I usually go to the Puyallup, Olympia, and Chehalis stores and they all load your hay. And when I complained the fork lift operator basically said "Too Bad". And when I asked how much each bale weighed neither the cashier, the manager or the fork lift operator knew. Tractor Supply of Kent has been going down the tubes ever since Jeremy left the branch. I started doing business with Dels Farm Supply more than 20 years ago down in Auburn and Dels eventually became Tractor Supply. For reasons I'm not willing to talk about on this post, I will no longer be doing business with Tractor Supply Inc.
Love this place ...always get my dogs food an treats there..an yesterday got a great deal on outdoor flood lights..
