I just spent nearly an hour at the register, trying to pick up an online order I placed this morning, only to be told that the deal/sale items I ordered, were “just a company glitch.” So, I literally got on the TSC app and ordered the exact same thing again, with the TSC “team leader” watching the entire process, all the way through the online checkout, and it was completely normal.
