This is not against Tractor Supply itself but this particular one. Buy my dog food at TS every month, I’ve gotten a Veteran Discount every single time I go there. Was told at this specific TS they didn’t do Veteran discount only on Veterans Day or other such holidays. Which is BS, it’s attached to an account .
My wife let me know the propane tank ran out for the garage so I called this place and asked if they filled propane tanks. The lady who answered kept saying we sell the so I the had to speak simple minded and describe in detail that is not what I was asking I was asking if I brings tank in can they refill it. I was then told yes. I left work to go grab the tank and get it filled quick and show up there at approximately 5:50 I had called about getting the tank filled at 5:06. Very poor service. Went to the counter to let the cashier know my husband was outside waiting for propane. She quickly turned and gave me a shhh with finger to her lips sign and signaled she was on the phone.. helping a customer as she was scrolling to find the item they were looking for.
