I love this store, but the floor workers and the cashiers are not on the same page 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ The floor workers are the most friendliest and helpful people alive, it’s an amazing experience until it’s time for checkout. 90% of the time I come I have at least three people or more in line ahead of me, and the cashiers are happy and delightful, having full detailed conversations with the previous customers before me who’s race shall not be revealed... but when they get to me, they don’t say a single word. I had the best experience at this Tractor Supply. I bought some chickens and the next day a few died and they let me exchange them and get some new ones. Everybody was super sweet and super helpful about everything! I definitely will be coming back to this Tractor Supply! Thank you again�
Horrible customer service!!! Katie has no personality and her attitude is horrendous. Will not be coming back very unfortunate since we a lot of animals..
