I’ve shopped in other tractor supplies & never been happy or excited to go shop there. I want to say Thank You to DeeDee for all the help & so much dedication. She cares for her customers & their needs when it comes to animals. She’s trust worthy always makes sure everyone is good & happy. Very friendly place to shop. The people that work there are knowledgeable.
On multiple occasions they have said something is in stock online, but do not have it at the store - at all - when I've placed an order and arrived at the store in Jonesville. This location used to be reliable but has really gone down hill in service and support.
We stopped by on an extremely cold day, by Florida standards (36°), to have the propane tank filled in our motorhome. Xander was not only polite and friendly but professional as well. Big shout out to Xander for his great additude!
