I have left a 5 star review before for an employee Josh he’s great. But last night after spending 1000s of dollars in this store i don’t know if i will return. I had purchased a heater before the first storm came through just in case something did happen my kids did not freeze. I of course did not need it and really couldn’t afford it at this time so i decided to return it. This past Sunday 01/4 I had called early in the morning and asked what time the propane station had closed. A woman informed me it would close at 6:30. I got there just a few minutes before 6:00 Sunday evening and a man informed me the had already shut the propane station down and walked away. The store does not even close until 7:00. Very unhelpful and not satisfied at all.
Worst pet wash station we've used. This was our third use of the pet wash facility at this location, and each time the room is dirty, low in supplies, offers limited and dirty grooming tools, and lacks clean towels. Needs serious attention if it's going to continue to be offered as a useful convenience for Tractor Supply customers.
