After shopping for work boots, I let the employee talk me out of a pair of wolverines into a pair of schmidts. Here I am at work 3 months later with a sole duct taped onto my boot because 90% fell off. If you are going to get a customer to spend 120 on YOUR product, it should last more than 1/10th the time others do.
There's a lot of nice associates but they never have enough associates working so when you ask for help it takes a while for someone to come. Never check online to see if they have something in store because every time I do that and go to the store to pick it up they never have it even if the associate when I call says they have it.
Manager refused to price match Cub Cadet tractor that Home Depot had for $100 less. Reasoning? The don't usually price match and the TS tractor comes with a free $129 trailer. Guess its not free.
