I drive out here from Daniel Island to get my propane filled and each time I am greeting when I walk in. The people that work here are knowledgeable and friendly and I am usually in and out in a matter of minutes.
This is not about the store itself, but rather the animal clinic. The store and staff are amazing. The animal clinic however, let’s just say I feel horrible for our dogs that we let these people anywhere near them. One of our dogs is a Chorkie. A tiny little dog and these people literally treated her like she was the most vicious animal ever. Our other dog, more of a cattle dog. She is very vocal and barks at anything and everything. Extremely difficult to work with. Ordered a Retreiver Kennel. Was told an exchange would be made and another would be delivered. Got the run-around from everyone and another kennel was not delivered. Made several calls. Kept being put on hold and never got a call back.
