I can go there and find what Iam looking for and the people that work there are very helpful
While I love the quality of their 4Health brand pet food and the staff are always very helpful, it makes me so crazy that EVERY MONTH I GO IN (and spend $100-150 on pet supplies) and I always have to ask for stock... it's never on the friggin shelves (it's on the top shelf or in the stockroom) and the reason is "we don't have time to put it out"... either the store is mismanaged or there is not enough staff... come on TSC! you can do better... You are a friggin retail store... MAKE THE TIME TO PUT OUT YOUR INVENTORY
I shop at your store quite often. I'm a retired Veteran. You should offer a military discount (10-15%). There are quite a few military personnel in this area who would appreciate. Thank you Cheryl Pawlin
