Always great friendly service. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great team environment.
Says they closed at 7 but they close when they feel like it. Showed up at 6:55 just to grab a bag of dog food and they wouldn’t let me in to grab it. Wasn’t coming to walk around and shop, just needed a bag of food for my dogs.
Bought a mower, once I was home with mower noticed something wrong with mower. Called location I bought it from and was told sorry we have no more in our inventory so I can keep my broken mower or return it. Not only is it a huge inconvenience, but I am also responsible of figuring out how to return it back to the store for a refund. Very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received and going forward I will not buy something like this through tractor supply again.
